In today’s fast-paced world, anxiety can feel like a constant companion. Whether it’s stress from work, worry about the future, or everyday challenges, it’s all too easy to feel overwhelmed.
But what if you could change that? What if there was a way to manage and reduce your anxiety in a practical, effective manner?
Welcome to
A self-paced course designed to help you tackle anxiety using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping.
While EFT isn't a miracle cure that will instantly eliminate anxiety, I can confidently say it's one of the most effective tools I have used to release emotional tension and regain inner balance since I earned my EFT diploma in 2015.
EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a form of psychological acupressure that involves tapping on specific points on the body while focusing on a particular issue or emotion. Often referred to as "tapping," EFT combines elements of cognitive therapy and exposure therapy with physical tapping on meridian points, similar to those used in acupuncture.
The idea is that by tapping on these points while verbalising the problem or emotion, you can help release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and bring the body's energy system back into balance. EFT is used for a variety of emotional and physical issues, including anxiety, stress, phobias, and even physical pain. It's a simple, self-help technique that can be done anywhere and at any time.
Begin with an introductory video that explains the fundamentals of EFT and how tapping on specific points can help reduce anxiety and stress.
Each video guides you through an EFT tapping session, with a script provided to follow along. Tap with me as we address general anxiety and build a sense of calm.
The workbook is designed to complement the videos, featuring journal prompts to deepen your practice. Since it's fillable, there's no need to print it out; complete it directly on your device for convenience.
