Self Healing Clinic is a space for people who think deeply, feel intensely, and try to make sense of their inner world. I believe we already hold important knowledge about our own thoughts, feelings, and experience, and it is about bringing that understanding into awareness.

I am Carlotta. I am an existential psychotherapist and a Doctoral trainee in Counselling Psychology in London. My work draws on counselling practice, psychology, and holistic therapeutic training, with attention to how emotions communicate through thought, behaviour, and the body.
